Cleveland Eye Clinic conducts surgery at 4 Surgery Center locations. We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to find us. Please see below for directions to all surgery center locations.

FROM CLEVELAND

Take Rt. 77 South to Miller Road Exit. At the top of the ramp make a right onto Miller Road. Make a right onto South Edgerton. Building is on the right.

FROM THE EAST AND WEST SUBURBS

Take Rt. 480 to Rt. 77 South and follow the above directions.

FROM AKRON/CANTON OR SOUTH

Take Rt. 77 North to exit 145. Exit to the right at the fork in the ramp. Turn left onto Rt. 21/Brecksville Rd. Turn left (west) onto Miller Rd. You will cross over Rt. 77 and turn right onto South Edgerton Rd. Building is on the right.

FROM THE OHIO TURNPIKE

Take Exit 173/11. After paying toll bear right onto Rt. 21 exit ramp. At light turn left (north onto Rt. 21/Brecksville Road. At Miller Road turn left (west). Turn right onto South Edgerton and building is on the right.

The Surgery Center is located on Bagley Road, off the I-71 exit. Heading west on Bagley Road, we are across from the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds.

FROM POINTS WEST

Take I-90 East to Rt. 254/Sheffield. Turn right on Rt. 254 to 301 South. Turn right on 301 (Abbe Road). Turn left at light on Hoag Drive (1/2 mile south of Rt. 254/301 intersection). Premium Surger Center is the last building on the left.

FROM ELYRIA AND POINTS SOUTH

Take Rt. 301 North (Abbe Road) to Hoag Drive (1/2 mile north of L.C.C.C.). Turn right at the light on Hoag Drive. Premium Surgery Center is the last building on the left.

FROM LORAIN AND POINTS NORTH

Take Rt. 254 East to 301 South (Abbe Road). Turn right on 301. Turn left at light on Hoag Drive (1/2 mile south of Rt. 254/301 intersection). Premium Surgery Center is the last building on the left.

FROM POINTS EAST

Take I-90 West to Rt. 254/Sheffield exit. Turn left on 254 to 301 South (Abbe Road). Turn right on 301. Turn left at light on Hoag Drive (1/2 mile south of Rt. 254/301 intersection). Premium Surgery Center is the last building on the left.

UH Bedford Medical Center is conveniently located off of I-271 from the Rockside Road or Broadway Avenue exits, or from I-480 at the Warrensville Center Road or Northfield Road exits. The hospital is nestled at the point where Warrensville center Road, Columbus Road and Broadway Avenue meet, on 44 Blaine Avenue in the heart of historic downtown Bedford.
